1. Replacement Guarantee

All digital subscription products come with a defined replacement warranty period (e.g., 30, 180, or 360 days), depending on the product.

  • If your subscription becomes non-functional during this period, we will replace it without extra charges.
  • Replacements are typically processed within 24–72 hours after verification, but might take upto 10days.

2. Refund Conditions

If, due to technical limitations or other unforeseen reasons, we are unable to provide a replacement within 10 days from the reported issue, we initiate a partial refund.

  • Refund Formula:
    Remaining Days × (Purchase Price ÷ Total Warranty Days)
  • The refund amount is credited to your Website Wallet by default.
  • This wallet balance is treated as real currency and can be fully used on any item from our store.

3. Refund to Source Wallet (For Indian Users)

Indian customers may choose to receive the refund directly to their original mode of payment (UPI, Bank, Paytm, etc.) by request only if we are unable to provide a replacement within 10 days from the reported issue, we initiate a partial refund.

  • Submit a refund request mentioning your preferred refund method.
  • Processing time is 2–5 business days.
  • The refund will reflect based on banking timelines.
